How do we work?

Our bookkeeping service works on a simple 3 step process. Our 3 step process is quick to setup and works wonderfully well.

Step-1: You send the information

You send all your transaction details such as bank statements, credit card statements and invoices to us. You can send it through Drop box or Google drive. Alternatively, you can also post your documents to our Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania office.

Step-2: We complete your bookkeeping

We will enter and classify all your income, expenses and payroll information. We will also reconcile your bank and credit card statements. Finally, we will prepare your reports such as profit/loss statement, balance sheet, cash flow statements and other financial reports specific to your needs.

Step-3: You receive the tax ready reports

We will send your accounting reports every month or as soon as they are ready. We will also send you all the useful notes and review comments. If required, we can also co-ordinate with your CPA and send all the reports direct to them. We will also handle any queries from your CPA.

What accounting software we use?

We primarily use QuickBooks or Xero accounting software for bookkeeping. We use both cloud and desktop versions of QuickBooks. Our bookkeepers are certified as QuickBooks Pro and certified by Xero.
